Our fantastic villa with large private pool & Spa will ensure you have the holiday of a lifetime. It is set in acres of a wooded conservation area. We have 4 x Cable TV's, DVD/VCR player with film library, CD Player, Hi-Fi, a Playstation 2 with games. Hairdryers and Pool inflatable's are also included. Free use of a Security Safe and baby equipment: highchair, crib/cot and stroller. All towels and bed linens are included. Plus a selection of books, games and toys for a variety of ages.
Our Florida home has 3 bedrooms that all have cable TV (1 King + 1 Queen both en suite & 1 twin) a family bathroom and a larger than average 30 x 15 private screened heatable Swimming Pool with a Spa. The deck area has plenty of comfortable furniture for your total enjoyment of the Florida sun. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and also has ceiling fans fitted in each room, including the covered lanai by the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances - glass top range style cooker, large fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, coffee maker etc. We also have a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board located in the garage, so there is no need to take dirty washing home with you!!
A formal dining area is adjacent to the kitchen area with views out to the pool and the trees beyond.
A telephone is provided with all local calls being free - perfect for ordering pizza after a long day out.
